Mintons Majolica Lavender-Ground Six-Pocket Oyster Plate
Shape no. 1323, date cypher for 1876
The central well surrounded by a band molded with shells within six radiating oyster shell pockets, the spokes molded with shells and seaweed, impressed uppercase mark, indistinct raised registry diamond for 26 March 1867, parcel 6, shape no., and black printed 13. Diameter 9 inches.
Lavender is noted as the rarest coloration for this form.
