Shape no. 716, date cypher possibly for 1872
Modeled as a young, bearded sailor seated on a coiled rope spool, holding a pipe in his left hand and swigging from a tankard in his right, turquoise interior, impressed uppercase mark and two small cyphers, shape no. and black painted 38. Height 9 1/2 inches.
