Ca. 400 BC.
A black-glazed pottery vessel with a globular rounded body swelling out from a low ring foot. The lip is pinched into a trefoil pattern, creating three directions from which the contents could be poured. The handle arching from the lip to the shoulder. Black glaze covering the entire surface.
Size: L:70mm / W:60mm ; 50g
Provenance: From the private collection of a Kent gentleman C.S.; previously in an old British collection, formed in the 1980s on the UK /European art markets.
