Description
Greece, Athens, ca. 4th century BCE. A beautiful small black-glazed oinochoe, a pouring vessel, with a finely symmetrical trefoil spout and rim. It stands on a flat, unglazed foot and has a delicate cylindrical handle. The glaze is particularly glossy, almost iridescent. Size: 4.15" W x 4.75" H (10.5 cm x 12.1 cm)
