Southeast Asia, Indonesia, Borneo, Kalimantan culture, ca. 19th century CE. A skillfully carved wood amulet in the form of a phallus emerging from the claw of a feline. A powerful talisman, well worn and handled patina. Pierced for suspension. Size: 1.5" W x 5.9" H (3.8 cm x 15 cm); 5.9" H (15 cm) on included custom stand.
