Two pietra dura boxes, Italian, 20th C., gilded metal frames with spiral and ball motif inset with agate, marble, and carnelian type stones on black stone ground, both with hinged lid with plaque and plaques to all sides, square form with lined interior, stamped "Morfal" on base, 3 1/4" h. x 5 1/4" l.; along with similar oblong box with almost identical decoration, cracked damage to front panel around keyhole and interior stripped and damage, 3 7/8" h. x 7" w., both pieces with loss of finish, small bends etc., and sold as is.
