Description

A Columbus, Hocking Valley & Toledo RR no. 39, double guard, "Iron Clad" model made by the Steam Gauge & Lantern Co. The lid reflector is nicely embossed "C.H.V & T." There are a couple of shallow dents in the lid reflector. The bayonet base is correct for this model and has a no. 1 ratchet burner affixed. The globe is a no. 39 extended base style, beautifully embossed "C.H.V. & T. Ry " in block font with above average relief. The lantern has a real nice medium patina with no loose rust and is display-ready. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: 6 - 3/4" x 6 - 3/4" x 10 - 3/8".
