Description

Wonderful #39 size (5 3/8" tall) railroad lantern globe made for the Delaware Lackawanna & Western Railroad. It has an extended base and DL&W RR cast in fancy letters in a rectangular panel. There are a few bubbles and no problems. I wonder based on where it was consigned if this was the one at Maurer's in the early 1990's. I remember seeing it and thinking I would surely take it home, it was not to be that day! I think it went for 1200-1250..
