A two-sided sheet metal flag with a cast iron plug-in base used on interlocking towers to indicate train order pickup request. One side is painted yellow, with significant paint loss and some tight rust. The other side is painted black with a white stripe, with significant paint loss and fading. The wooden flag pole plugs into a cast iron socket. There is a lantern hanging hook on the round post. Complete with cast iron hanging brackets. The unit has seen heavy railroad use and the flag is slightly bent.
