This is a subscriber copy (#60) of Hiscoke & Son's 1894 publication of E. Beresford Chancellor's The History and Antiquities of Richmond, Kew, Petersham and Ham (410 numbered pages, plus index).
This is in fair condition, with a scuffed cover that is frayed to the ends of a cocked spine, bumped to the outside corners, and with looseness at the hinges.
There are a number of cracked gutters, shallow edge tears and corner creases. The binding is loose but holding, with no loose or missing pages. There are no stamps or other attachments. I believe the only writing is Chancellor's signature and the copy number. There are recurrent small stains. Most pages have none. All art, including the multi-panel frontispiece illustration, is unfaded, as is all text. The accompanying photos are of this copy.
