A porcelain figurine depicting a standing Cossak, reign of Alexander I. Probably by the Novii Brothers Factory, Moscow. Circa 1820-1830s. A similar figure was sold at Christie's on 12 Apr 2011, lot # 331, for $3,500.
Dimensions: H: 7 3/8 in. (18.7 cm.)
Condition
Very good, the hilt has been reaired.
