Description
George III London English sterling silver tea caddy by Daniel Smith & Robert Sharp, 1766. The body is four sided with the edges curving outward. Footed tea caddy with shell form feet. The front panel with engraved family crest featuring a shield with lions, framed by scroll decoration. The top is removable and has a finial. Silver hallmarks to underside and to side of lid.
