2 near pair of Chinese 18th Century Blue & White Porcelain Ginger Jars with a design of Lotus and "Shou" with a Ruyi border to neck and petals at bottom edge, the bases with double ring marks in underglaze blue; now with hard wood covers. Height of only porcelain jar 8 1/2 inches (21.5 cm.).

Age related wear and light scratches to each, 1 jar with several small,short parallel horizontal lines to a bruise at the mouth and a small chip to opposite side, a few short small star cracks to inside and 1 to base; the other jar with a curved inverted "T" shaped hairline to shoulder and another short hairline with tiny parallel lines to opposite side of mouth, a few small star hairlines to inside and 1 to body.
