Description
Long sleeve buttery cream satin gown possibly worn as a bride. Includes bodice with stays. Buttons up the front, stand up collar, trimmed in white ruffled lace. Gown is attached and has drapey cumber bun style adornment in front. Skirt has many satin ribbon circles down the front. Dress is very heavy and has it's own petticoats trimmed in lace and box ruffle. Satin train has multiple floral pattern. Inside waist band reads "A. M. Vail 219 West 53rd St." (Miss Vail now voyager?) Dress is 200 years old and has been properly boxed in chemical free paper. It's in amazing shape. Some dirt on the train. Worn with a bustle.
