The paintings depict male and female figures engaged in various activities. The inscription reads that the paintings were made for a patron of the artist by the name of Zhang Qujiang.

Remounted in Japan in the early 20th century.
This painting will come with a copy of its old receipt dated 1965. It says that the painting is circa 1765-1815, Qianlong/Jiaqing era.
