Antique English Arts & Craft Style Sterling Blotter Alfred Clark, London - An unusual antique Sterling Silver blotter with rectangular arched rocker form. Angled and carved white handle affixed to a scrolling leaf decorated hinged terminal. Either end of the blotter is hinged with a bar clasp for ease of changing a sheet of blotter paper. Numerous hallmarks for "AC" (Alfred Clark), London, 1923. The edge of one of the rocker hinges is marked "Clark, 53, Conduit St, Bond St. W". 7 1/8" L x 3".
