Just as he became President, John F. Kennedy inscribed this Inauguration Ceremonies Program "To Jim - Best - John Kennedy." 12 pages, 9" x 6" with red, white and blue ribbon binding. In near mint condition with a faint, nearly invisible crease on a portion of the front cover. Three minor dot-shaped stains on verso.

Of note is the fact that found with the Program is a cut page from a book or catalogue that depicts President Kennedy aboard the Presidential Yacht, the Sequoia on one side, and an image of the Hyannis Port Country Club, Summer 1963 on the verso. On the Country Club side of this cut page is a remnant of President Kennedy's writing "For Paul Fay (cutloff) from (cutoff). In 1963, Paul Fay was acting Secretary of the Navy and a close confidant of President Kennedy.
