London: R. Havell, 1833. Hand-colored engraving with aquatint and etching, on J. Whatman watermarked paper, dated 1833. Engraved, printed, and colored by R. Havell after J.J. Audubon’s watercolor. 38 x 25 9/16 in. (97 x 65 cm). Sheet slightly trimmed; a few scattered surface abrasions, one restored within leaf in image, top right; light mat burn along edges; a few scattered spots; scattered light surface soiling. In mat and in frame, 40 5/8 x 31 3/4 in. (103 x 81 cm). Low, p. 113, Variant No. 2
