Pastedown of pocket folder with library ink stamp and call number in pencil. Table of distances along right margin with computations as far north as St. Anthony, south to New Orleans and the Gulf of Mexico, east to Pittsburgh and west to Fort Leavenworth] Distances from Pittsburg [sic] to the Mouth of the Ohio [below lower neat line] Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1842, by Saml. B. Munson, in the Clerk?s Office for the District Court of Ohio. Cincinnati, 1846. Lithograph map, original outline hand coloring of rivers, tributaries, and boundaries (yellow, green, blue, pink) folded into original pocket folder, brown marbled paper over stiff boards, original yellow paper label on upper cover, title printed within ornate border: A few clean splits and tiny voids with a minor loss at one fold (skillfully repaired), otherwise in fine condition, in original pocket folder and with strong, original color.
