An arch-shaped pewter pilgrim's badge bearing crowned Mary and robed Christ holding globe in raised relief, leaf above; mounted on card with typed note on reverse 'Found in Winchester 1852'. 13 grams total, 46 mm high (67 x 54 mm) (1 3/4 in. (2 5/8 x 2 1/8 in.)). Acquired 1960s-1970s. From the estate of a deceased Suffolk, UK, collector. Accompanied by an old title card with provenance label to the verso. [No Reserve]
