GORHAM "JOSEPHINE" ENGRAVED COIN SILVER SERVING UTENSILS, LOT OF FOUR, pattern designed by John Gorham in 1855, most with personalized engravings, each piece featuring ornate engraved decoration with a central seaside landscape vignette surrounded by scrolled motifs, comprising a jelly roll server/knife, a small-sized cake saw, and two pastry/pie servers with one being large and the other small sized. Each marked "PATENT 1855" and "COIN" to back of handle, jelly roll server with retailer's mark for C.A. Burr & Co. of Rochester, NY. Total weight: 10.955 ozt. Gorham & Co. / Gorham Mfg. Co., Providence, RI. Mid/third quarter 19th century. 8 3/4" to 11 1/2" L.
