Description
ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE HAND-PAINTED CERAMIC FIGURES, LOT OF SIX, comprising three examples standing on square bases including Venus holding a dove on right hand, a hunter holding a bird in right hand with gun by left side, and a boy representing Winter wearing a hat and standing on ice, and three examples on molded ovoid bases including "Lost Sheep Found" featuring a shepherd with a bound sheep on back and dog at feet, a boy holding a bird's nest in left hand and a bird in right, having "WALTON" impressed to banner on lower back, and a woman with a leaping sheep. 19th century. 10" HOA.

Each having imperfections including: Winter with chip and flake to base, and scattered areas of enamel loss including blanket and hat edges; Venus with discolored restoration to base; four having some restoration, and losses including bocage and enamel decorations.
