This is a gorgeous 57% (equivalent to 13K+) gold ring band and a silver and gold alloy bezel that contains an onyx cameo of a Classical-style soldier. The right facing bust is profile portrait of a bearded Greek soldier wearing traditional helmet that has a Hellenistic style sphinx mounted to the front. The white of the profile contrasts perfectly with the black stone, which is set in a formfitting silver and gold alloy bezel that is decorated with raised X appliques to the tips. The bezel is supported by a flat gold band that has broad shoulders with low relief scrolling motifs. This ring is wearable and has a band fit for a larger hand.
