Description

Framed print of an American woman with the American flag in front of warships and a fort. Printed on fabric, and embroidered with flowers. Embroidery reads "F.H. 1914". Before America's entry into the First World War, but during time period of World War I. Ships appear to be Spanish-American War era warships. Framed behind glass, not examined outside of frame. Good condition, with some age and darkening. Some loss of molding around frame. 25 1/2" by 29 1/2".Keywords: Militaria, art, decor, decoration, Victorian, Edwardian, needlework, needlepoint.
