Item Details

Description

Late 19th century salesman sample brass bed, really adorable. No dents to the brass, in very good condition for its age. The bedding vintage, handmade and in excellent condition. The bedding consists of islet material with lace and satin bows on the edge and is composed of a sham stuffed with a small pillow. It also has a handmade pillow to go with it. The bed frame has been repaired (see photos) and painted. Has rolling wheels. It measures 18 inches long; 10 inches wide; 17 inches high at the head posts; 15 1/4 inches high at the foot posts. Bed is sturdy when assembled- it will be shipped with head and footboard unattached to prevent damage.
