Description
Ca. late 19thC. Attributed to: Henry Drake Schenck (1863-1905) who was a cabinet make in Morristown New Jersey, working during the last quarter of the 19thC, up to 1905, the year he died. Excellent with original pierced brass hardware on seven drawers. The top door features a well carved rosette, flanked by acanthus carved column tops. Bench made piece from the early 20thC shows handmade thin dovetails. Overall solid and in excellent condition. The pictures do not convey exactly how large this piece is. Make sure to double-check the sizes (in inches) we provide. Lots 140A, 141, 142, 143, and 144 are part of this set.
