Catalog Note:
Definitely a Pottery Club vase both based on style and date, this piece appears to be signed "FSB" on the side. Miss Fannie S. Banks was a member in good standing in 1882, thus the attribution. This is one of the better efforts by a Pottery Club member at Rookwood.
