The San Francisco Peninsula from the Presidio Reservation in the north to Pescadero and Los Gatos in the south, with all points in between. Bromfield created many maps of towns and cities on the Peninsula that are listed in OCLC/WorldCat, but this one is not.
The map names San Mateo, San Bruno, Redwood City, Woodside, Los Gatos, Millbrae, Palo Alto with the Stanford University, Hillsborough, Atherton, Half Moon Bay, and Menlo Park. Additionaly there is the Butano Land and Development Co., Woodside Country Club, Bear Gulch Water Co., Menlo Circus Syndicate, California Golf Club, New California Jockey Club, Beresford Country Club, etc. Some newly subdivided neighborhoods , such as Cappuchino Manor, Peck Subdivision, etc., are also shown. The just-completed San Mateo-Hayward Bridge (then called the San Francisco BayToll Bridge) is shown, though only a portion. The original Dumbarton Bridge is also shown, built two years earlier.
