DAUM NANCY CAMEO GLASS VASE, C. 1890-1910, H 5.75", DIA 8" A fine and early Daum Nancy cameo glass vase. Depicting in fine cameo reliefs the period when a peach flower becomes a young fruit. Leaves and fruit are carved over a red, yellow and orange toned to the ground signifying the morning light just before sunrise. Signed in cameo "Daum Nancy" with cameo carved Croix de Lorraine.

A fine and early work having a negligible degree of residue (white wall paint splatter) to surface. Very minor (may be from date of manufacture (see high res images)) fleabites (DIA 1/8") to the exterior and interior of lip. CP
