The moon-holding bottle has a straight mouth, a thick neck, a flattened abdomen, and an oval ring foot underneath. The neck and shoulders are double called cloud ears. The whole body is decorated in blue and white, with eight auspicious patterns of painted wheels, snails, umbrellas, lids, flowers, jars, fish and intestines.
