The pear-shaped body rising from a splayed foot to a trumpet mouth, decorated in vivid cobalt blue with a balustraded garden, planted with bamboo and plantain trees beside gnarled rockwork, all above a band of upright lotus lappets and nine lotus florets at the splayed foot, pendent ruyi heads to the shoulder, below bands of upright plantain leaves and floral scrolls to the waisted neck, the base inscribed with a six-character mark in underglaze blue. {Height: 11 1/2 inches (29.2 cm)}.
