Mid to late 19th century. Having a very nicely decorated and formed body with a pierced basket top above nicely formed base featuring a young man and woman in chase around the acanthus form center all leading down to the original base. The base having a small area of restored edge as seen in photograph, otherwise good condition throughout. H22 1/2" W13 1/2" D12 1/2" Sold from the collection of a Columbia, South Carolina lady.
