Bronze plaque
9 1/2" x 7 1/8"
A dark brown patinated bronze plaque by Victor D. Brenner, the designer of the Lincoln penny. Mounted on a marble plaque that measures 10 3/4" x 8 1/2". Marked "Copyright 1907 by V.D. Brenner" to the right edge, with the artist's monogram above the date in the bottom right corner. "S. Klaber & Co. Founders NY" foundry mark to the outside edge of the bronze. There is a hinged support affixed to the reverse of the marble.

Condition
Very good condition, noting one stray scratch and a little bit of rubbing to the patina.
