Two Sporting Trophies and a Shipwreck Souvenir

Comprising:

A silver plate cup inscribed 'Championship of Westchester, Donated by the Mt. Kisco R&G Club, 1894'

A copper overlay cup inscribed 'Rough Riding, First Prize, Won by Troop III, March 6, 1908'

The shipwreck souvenir of barrel form with brass plaque inscribed 'From the Teak of H.M.S. Iron Duke Admiral Jellicoe's Flag Ship Jutland 1916'

The larger trophy 6 5/8 in. high, the smaller trophy 4 1/4 in. high.

The Estate of Richard P. Mellon, Ligonier, Pennsylvania

Condition

Each with wear. The larger cup with heavy losses to the surface, one gun barrel bent. The copper with surface losses. The shipwreck with a chip to the rim otherwise surface wear consistent with age.
