13 English Regency Period Imari Porcelain Table Articles. Comprising five Crown Derby dessert plates; two Crown Derby dinner plates; two Coalport Rim soup plates painted in a "Thumb and Finger" pattern variation; together with two soup plates in pattern 346 and a pair of diamond-shaped dishes, probably by Turner. The five dishes: in iron-red enamel, crown, crossed batons, dots, over D, 27 and 55 to footrims; two with 56 to footrims; the dinners crown, crossed batons, dots and D, 22 to foot; pattern number 346 in iron-red to two; otherwise not marked. England. Circa 1820-1835 8" to 10" Diamter, the plates; the diamonds 10 7/8" W. x 7 1/2" D. Provenance: Property from the Estate of Arthur Thomson, San Francisco, CA. {Condition: The Derby plates: Three of the dessert plates with hairline or star cracks, or one with shaved underside lacking glaze; all with some wear to gilding and light scratches; both dinner plates with hairline cracks. one of the Coalport soup plates with a deep hairline that is half way across the body with 1/4" loss to porcelain to rim underside; the two #346 rim soup plates both with star and or hairline cracks; one of the two diamond shaped dishes with a 1/4" shallow chip at 10 o'clock. All of the plates are visually appealing despite these issues.}.
