The yellow-glazed vase with four faceted sides, supported on a tapered foot, rising to a tapered neck with an everted rim, the body finely carved in relief on two opposing sides with mountainous landscapes with pagodas, the other sides with inscriptions in zhuanshu script, the recessed base with an impressed six-character mark; and the rectangular ink stone, decorated with pierced lingzhi-shaped clouds over the ink well, covered in a crackled pale gray glaze thinning to mushroom on the edges. {Height of the vase: 5 1/4 inches (13.3 cm)}.
