Two Connecticut 30-hour Fusee Steeple Clocks, Mid-19th Century.

1) Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, Connecticut, with a rosewood veneer case, original glasses, the lower being a frosted transfer, 30-hour fusee movement signed "Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, Ct, USA," original steel spade hands, enhanced finish, original dial with been repainted, nice full label, running and striking, 20 x 10 x 4 inches.

2) Chauncey Boardman, Bristol, Connecticut, with a rosewood veneer case, original glasses, the lower being a transfer depicting a medieval castle, finish has been enhanced, original iron club hands and painted dial which is flaking badly, 30-hour fusee movement signed "Chauncey Boardman, Bristol Ct, Patent January 1847," runs a short time before stopping, strike is working, 20 x 10 x 4 inches.
