For your consideration is a stunning parcel gilt Limoges porcelain portrait demitasse cup and saucer decorated by Klingenberg & Dwenger (AKCD). This firm was established in the early 1880's and closed it's doors in 1910. The porcelain body of the cup and saucer were manufactured by Coiffe, as the 7-point Limoges star mark indicates. The delicate body of this offering is decorated with a creamy ivory upon which sits ample gilt details and flourishes. The center frame of the demitasse is adorned with a lovely portrait of a period beauty in pink.
