Latest reports revealed that Maurice Rossi (Left), and Paul Codos, French fliers, were in Mid-Atlantic with good flying weather ahead, as they forged on in their giant monoplane, the Joseph LeBrix, toward North America. They intend to continue on across the continent landing in San Diego, if their fuel holds out.” ; with yellowed press release that came with them;***1932, 7” x 9”, Roger Q. Williams and Miss Elvy Kalep on their plane “Olympia”; with yellowed press release that came with them;***1935 print by Charles Hubbell of Harold Neumann, winner of Thompson Trophy Race in Cleveland; framed 16” x 17.5”; ***14.5” x 11.5” original photograph of Ernest H. Buehl Sr. (1897-1990) in his “Challenger” airplane, promoting his “Flying Dutchman” Air Service out of Philadelphia, 1927; operated out of Buehl Field;***Huge original photograph (20”x 12”) of German-born Otto Hillig and pilot Holger Hoiriis beside Otto’s NR797W Bellanca aeroplane in 1931, named “Liberty”. Otto had tried his hand at aerial photography and became obsessed with the idea of flying across the Atlantic to his home country in his own airplane. By June 1931, Otto was ready to depart, with Danish pilot Holger Hoiriis at the tiller of his specially made Bellanca airplane with a 300 horsepower Wright Whirlwind engine. Initially, they flew from the Liberty golf course to Newfoundland, crossing New York City in the process. Excellent condition;
