Descended through the family of mechanic Charles Rogers is this group of three photographic images that originally came from his estate. Includes two photographs measuring 3 3/8" x 5 3/8" and the negative for the panoramic finish line photograph that we sold previously. Rogers was the ride-a-long mechanic with driver Charles Keene as they placed eighth in the 1914 Indianapolis 500. A great postcard with historical account on verso that was written by Rogers. Also, an early 1900's photograph that originally came from his estate. Measures 3 3/8" x 4 3/8". Ex/Ex+ condition.
