Description
Rare Hummel Heavenly Song. Sculpted by A. Moeller in 1938. This is a faience piece, finished in bright colors and glossy finish. Children's clothing are mostly reversed colors from other piece we have. Hummel measures approx. 3 1/2" tall, TMK-1 + 1, Hum 113. No cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. No box. Provenance: From the estate collection of Donald Deeks (1931-2020) of Venice, Florida, who assembled what is purported to be one of the most important collections of rare Hummel figurines in existence. Blackwell Auctions has been commissioned by his family to sell the entire collection of about 2,000 pieces, many of them either unique or nearly so.
