DescriptionChancay double globular vessel with whistle, Peru ca. 800 - 1200 A.D. The vessel sits on a low pedestal feet. Features a strap-bridge handle, tall tapered spout and doubled drums. A human figure stand on top of one of the drums, wearing a pointed headdress, necklace and disc ear ornament. Painted geometric decoration. Whistle has nice tonality.
