Evangelical Missionaries original personal photograph albums from Colonial India including books during the 1920s-1930s.
Two albums: Approximately 100 plus black and white photographs many identified in ink.
Colonists, natives, sites, interactions, animals, territories including missionary family life in general.
Books include: Two Leather bound Illustrated History of India books by James Grant and Indian Pictures by the Reverend Urwick-THE RELIGIOUS TRACT SOCIETY.
*Books we believe were used as a guide for the Missionaries stationed in India.
Condition: good original vintage estate condition, appropriate for age and handling (view all photos for accuracy).
Provenance: Originally from the archives of THE HEART OF AFRICA MISSION.
