Rare historic personal photograph albums with handwritten inscriptions from the Reverent A.H.Curtis and wife from the American Baptist Ministry in Madras, India during the 1900s (1906).
Photographs of the American Christian ministry presence in Colonial India with their schools, hospitals and people.
Two albums of exotic locations, Holy Men, customs, people, ceremonies, animals etc. all accompanied by handwritten descriptions.
Approximately 116 photos.
