Five octagons in green, red, white, red-brown and blue fill the narrow field studded with tiny dice. Each octagon encloses a large palmette decorated with long hooks, creating a zoomorphous, beetle-like appearance. The white main border of star-shaped blossoms is flanked by two secondary borders of reciprocal trefoils. – Slight signs of wear, several reknotted sections, original finishes all around.
