oil on canvas, signed at lower right "A. C. Kurz," presented in a later gilt composition frame.
SS 15.5 x 19.5 in.; DOA 21 x 25 in.

Estate of the late Frances Hoefle of Sarasota, Florida and LaJolla, California. She and her husband, Robert, traveled extensively throughout Hong Kong, Africa, India, and elsewhere during the 1950s and 1960s. A life-long collector of fine art and antiques, she served as a docent at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with the public.
