Extremely scarce commemorative tribute medallion charm coin pendant commissioned by and struck for NASA for distribution to space industry employees who worked on missions. Commemorates astronauts David Scott (American, born 1932), Alfred Worden (American, 1932-2020), and James Irwin (American, 1930-1991), and the Apollo 15 mission, July-August 1971, the fourth manned landing on the Moon, and the first to use the Lunar Rover, or Moon Buggy.
