This is a strong example of the S&W .32 caliber Model 1-1/2 Single Action Second issue five-shot revolver made in desirable niter blue finish. The .32 caliber Model 1-1/2 SA was produced from 1878-1892 with a total production of just over 97,000. This gun has the standard 3 1/2 inch barrel. It retains generous traces of the original factory blue finish. Much more desirable than the nickel plated examples. It was likely manufactured  during the early 1880s.  The screws and pins are very good. 100% all matching numbers. Grips are Excellent. The last patent date on the barrel is 1865. The gun cocks and the cylinder indexes just fine, but there is no half cock. sn.108,068
