Description
Original M1902 dress uniform jacket, bullion epaulettes, and carrying box from Brigadier General Frank McIntyre, who served as the Chief of Insular Affairs from 1912-1929. The jacket has his name written on the inner tailor tag, and features sewn pins to the cuffs above the bullion of a Brigadier General star and Insular Affairs Department insignia. Extremely rare. This item is untouched and has never before been in collector hands. It was sourced via a family estate.
Condition
Good condition. The shoulder epaulettes have some areas of separation, and are removeable from the uniform back into the carrying box. The metal box has wear marks and scratches consistent with age.
