Pair of framed aquatint etchings with mezzotint, with fields matted and framed under glass, Drawn by Claude Lorrain (1600-1682), engraved by Richard Earlom (1743-1822), published by John Boydell (1720-1804). From Liber Veritatis, a collection of 200 prints, after the original designs of Claude le Lorrain, in the "Collection of His Grace the Duke of Devonshire". Plates No. 174 and 186. Provenance: From the Southampton Fresh Air Home. [Sight: 8 1/4 x 10 1/4 inches; Frame: 15 1/2 x 17 3/4 inches]. Etchings in good condition with browning and foxing; frames with some losses.
